How the work actually runs
01
Find the water
Mold is the symptom. Take it out and leave the water feeding it, and you have booked a second visit.
02
Contain the area
The air is kept flowing into the sealed area, not out of it, so spores do not travel through your house.
03
Remove, dry, verify
Whatever cannot be cleaned comes out, the structure is dried, and we test before rebuilding.

Made with lots of Canadian in Toronto
Water in a finished basement usually takes three trades, and they spend longer blaming each other than fixing it. With Cakewalk it is one Toronto company: we find the leak, dry your place out, and waterproof it so it stays out. One crew, one warranty.
