FINANCING
Financing is available
Spread the work over monthly payments instead of paying it all at once, on approved credit. The City subsidy is paid to you after the work, so the financing covers the gap in between. We go through the options with you at the assessment.

Assessments across the whole Greater Toronto Area. Outside the City of Toronto the subsidy changes, so ask us: Peel, Halton and Richmond Hill run their own programs.
