How a test actually works

Look before sampling
A walk-through with moisture meters and a thermal camera first, so the samples are taken where they can tell you something.

Compare inside to outside
Outdoor air always carries some mould. One sample outside is the yardstick: what matters is how the rooms you live in compare to it.

Explain, then recommend
You get the results in writing and in plain words. If nothing needs doing, the report says so and that is the end of it.
